All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We request customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, sizing details (if applicable), and images before placing an order.


2. Refunds

As we follow a strict no-return policy:

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We understand that rare issues may occur during transit.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Claims raised after 10 days may not be accepted.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after they are processed or shipped.
